Are you doing R&D and customizing service?
Yes,we can help customers customize their own products related to our business scope. And we are located in the R&D and production center in China Guangdong province, which is famous for its development and production for new energy products,lithium batteries,electronics,intelligent mechanical equipment,etc.

Do you accept sample order, and what is the delivery time?
Sure, sample order is acceptable. The lead time is around 7-15 days based on specific products.
What is the delivery time for mass production?
Normally, the delivery time for official order takes about 30-40 days, or if want to speed up production,we can discuss based on specific situation.
How do you guarantee quality?
All our batteries are mainly A grade,with 100% real capacity, and it can be tested based on world recognized standards. All products have subsequent quality and safety certificates, such as ISO9001,CE FC,VDE,PSE,,RoHS,IEC,UL,etc as per client’s requirements from different countries.
Do you provide after-sale service?
Yes, our professional team will guide you every step from pre-sale to after-sale. If there’s any quality problem detected within warranty period, we will provide maintenance service and alternative support.
Is your price EX-Works? How to make payment?
Yes, we usually quote by EX-Works price. Payment can be done via T/T, Paypal or third-party transfer.
